Gold 1-1 Training Sessions
Gold Personal Training with me is entirely a holistic approach to getting those wanted results and will include:
- Assessments
- Body Composition Analysis
- Blood Pressure and Resting Heart Rate
- Body Stats/Measurements
- Goal Setting
- Photographic Visual Analysis ( Pictures to show the results of your training)
- Individualized Nutrition Plan
- Individualized Training Plan
Training sessions will vary from session to session lasting between 30 - 90 minutes depending on the client’s desired goal and work rate.
Training programs are specific and tailor made to every individual client with the aim of success.
The programs will be monitored and be designed to get harder as you improve week by week. They are then stored after every cycle which the program is based upon.
Your improvements will be monitored and recorded as you are coached through every rep that you lift, or every metre that you run.
One off consultation involves diet analysis/planning, exercise planning, goal setting and any other information that you may require, plus an exercise session.
Sessions can be done either by:
Single Sessions
Block of 10 Sessions
Block of 20 Sessions
Block of 50 Sessions
A discount is made on how many sessions that you will be requiring each week as well as buying in blocks will create further discount for yourself.
Online Personal Training/Coaching
The Online Coaching service that gives you 24-hour response to any questions you have with regards to training, nutrition, health, supplementation.
Chose from a selection of standardized programs ranging from ‘Weight Loss, Muscle Gain/Strength, or The Cover Model Look'.
You will be able to contact me directly for assistance with progressing your workouts, and manipulating your nutrition plan each month.
Training Plans that are made to suit you with your time frame that you have:
Weight Loss:
- 12 Week Lose Weight. Be Healthy, Feel Great Program
- 16 Week Lose Weight, Be Healthy, Feel Great Program
- 20 Week Lose Weight, Be Healthy, Feel Great Program
Muscle Buidling:
- 12 Week Build Lean Muslce/Growth Program
- 16 Week Build Lean Muscle/Growth Program
- 20 Week Build Lean Muscle/Growth Program
The Fitness Model/Bikini Look:
- 12 Week Look & Feel Like A Fitness/Bikini Program
- 16 Week Look & Feel Like A Fitness/Bikini Program
- 20 Week Look & Feel Like A Fitness/Bikini Program
Once you have choosen your program that is best suited to you, an email wil be sent to you to gather information of where you are at the moment, and where you want to go with your training.
The program consists of a custom diet & nutritional help and tips paln, 12-20 weeks worth of training plans split up into 3-5, 4 week training plans and personal support from me.
You will then be responsible for contatcing me on a weekly basis to let me know your progress and updates. You will also be communicating with me personally via email, and not an automated system or someone that reads from a book.
My "GOAL" is to get you into the best shape you can be and to teach you and coach you to long term success.
Where ever you are in the world, I can help you out as your coach. We can speak via emails, to design diets, programs, set goals, as if you were here in the gym with me.

Buddy Training - Group Personal Training
(Maximum of 4 people)If you are uncomfortable just training 1 - 1 with me as your coach then why not bring a friend or two along to the training sessions. This is a fun way of interacting with your friends in a healthy and enjoyable way and getting those results that you all want.
Sessions can take place either in the gym or even using the outdoors as a workout itself.

(A discount will be made on behalf of each client for the referral of friends and clients)
Sport Specific Training
As i develop as a strength and conditioning coach i can help you to excel in your given sport wheather it be brazilian jui-jitsu, or playing rugby and football on a playing field to you running a marathon.
I have been very lucky to have worked with some top coaches in this field.

Home Visits
As being a coach I go out of my way to help my clients as much as possible. I understand everyone doesn't have enough time on there hands to get to the gym, but there is no excuse not to train at all. This is why I operate a home visit training plan where I come right to your door step and undertake the session in the comfort of your own home or even using the different terrains around your house estate.
Now there is no excuse not to get fit!
Individual Nutritional Plans/Guides & Supplementation Schedules/Programs
We will work together on keeping you well balanced throughout the day, with your nutrition by making sure that you feel healthy and lean as well as looking good with the help of your supplementation intake. We will monitor your food and fluid intake everyday with food diaries, so that I can monitor your daily intake of these components and make any change sthat are required to meet your given goals.
All this can be done via the internet with email feedback or in person!
Custom/Tailored Training Plans
Training plans can be developed and created for every individual person with that goal in mind. Training plans will be designed and based on your needs.
Plans can be designed to help with the following:

- Decrease body fat %
- Increase fitness levels
